Laurel DeMaula, DVM, BA
Dr. DeMaula grew up in Los Angeles loving science and working with animals. She graduated from the University of Virginia and accepted a commission into the US Army serving in the Quartermaster Corp. in Panama. Upon completion of her service, she attended and graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. After practicing large and small animal medicine, she decided to concentrate on small animal medicine and surgery. She loves working with dogs and cats and treating each species special needs and differences. She has a special interest in feline medicine. Her husband, Chris, helps her keep track of their 2 daughters, 3 cats, and 2 Aussies, Darwin and Sydney.
Kathleen Milligan, BVMS MRCVS
Dr. Milligan received her B.S. in Biology from Loyola University Maryland in 2013. She then attended the University of Glasgow for veterinary school and graduated with her BVMS in 2018. She has been working in a general companion animal practice since graduating and is happy to join the team at Royersford Vet in 2020. Her particular interests within veterinary medicine include diagnostic imaging and internal medicine. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Cynthia Worrall, DVM
Dr. Worrall grew up in Pottstown. She received her BS in biology from Albright College in 1993. After graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997, she returned to Pennsylvania. Since then, Dr. Worrall has been working in private practice. While she enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery, Dr. Worrall has a special interest in preventive medicine and senior care. She likes working with families to ensure that their pets remain as happy and healthy as possible throughout all their life stages.
Dr. Worrall and her husband, Al, have two children, Alex and Cali. In her free time, she can often be found cheering her children on at band competitions and soccer games. Dr. Worrall is an avid reader who also likes to bake and spend time with her three furry kids.
RaeAnn has only been with our hospital since April 2017 but has 15 years experience as a veterinary nurse. She loves all companion animals but has a strong interest in felines and making their visits as low stress as possible. When not at work, RaeAnn is busy taking care of her 2 children, 2 cats, and Great Dane. Additionally, she cares for many foster animals through the Berks Animal Rescue League.
Amanda grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Fine Art. However, she has been working in the veterinary field for over 25 years. Amanda loves working with clients and has a special interest in animal behavior and nutrition. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, obsessing over David Bowie, and painting pet portraits for clients. She currently lives in Royersford with her husband, two sons, her dog, Pixel, her 2 cats, Dale and Emma Tagger, and her plethora of fish tanks and plants.
Brittany grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Boyertown Senior High School in 2012. Her first job working with animals at PetsMart sparked her interest in the veterinary field, which then led her to attend Lehigh Carbon Community College where she earned her degree as a certified veterinary technician(CVT). During her schooling she gained more hands-on experience by working her way up from kennel attendant to veterinary assistant. Brittany has a special interest in parasitology. She currently lives in Montgomery County with her boyfriend and extremely spoiled cat, Hunni. In her spare time, she loves taking her cat on walks, playing video games and binge watching Netflix.
AmyMae comes to us with 5 years of experience as a veterinary technician. From an early age she had always had a passion for helping animals and loves that she is able to make a positive impact in their lives and in the lives of their owners. Outside of work, AmyMae enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and reading. She has two cats, named Jasmine and Gigi.
Regina graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School and comes to RVH with 20 years of experience in the customer services and medical fields. She loves to help animals and children that need special care. She loves to travel to see friends and her free time is spent keeping up with her husband, son, daughter, and their 3 dogs.
